Common PD symptoms can include, muscle soreness, spasms, and tremors, however, symptoms may be different for each person. Although further research studies are still required to determine the causes of PD, scientists have found that the movement disorder is associated with a lack of dopamine in the human body. Healthcare professionals are starting to look for ways to naturally increase dopamine through a patient’s diet.  

Other Parkinson’s disease symptoms, such as confusion and dementia, may also improve through diet and lifestyle modifications like exercise. Movement disorders are health issues that can cause abnormal and involuntary body movements.
